I went to the
Inez Grant Parker Memorial Rose Garden at Balboa Park, which is across the street from the
Ruben H Fleet Science Museum this past weekend with
IFLC for a photography class. It was my first time across the street to this beautiful rose garden though I've admired it from across the street for quite a while, always meaning to get over there for a closer look. If you're ever at Balboa Park be sure to head over there for a stroll through the lovely garden and the wonderful scent of roses. There's even a small grass area for a picnic if you like.
Here's a few more from the day. Hope you enjoy them and have a chance to get out there soon to enjoy them in the real.
There's also a cactus garden which is by the pedestrian bridge on the way over to the rose garden. There's some wonderful, unusual looking cacti there.
Have a great week!
